Effects of hydrogen sulfide (H2S) on homocysteine (Hcy)-induced impairment in learning function of rats in navigation testing of the Morris water maze (MWM). After pretreatment with NaHS (30 or 100 μmol/kg/d, i.p.) for 7 days and then cotreatent with Hcy (0.6 μmol/d, i.c.v.) for 7 days, rats were tested in the MWM task. The latency traveled to find the platform during 7 days in the acquisition phase was recorded in the navigation training (A-C). The swimming tracks of rats searching for the underwater platform at the 1st and 7th training days (D).
