Effects of hydrogen sulfide (H2S) on homocysteine (Hcy)-induced impairment in memory function of rats in probe trial testing of Morris water maze (MWM). After finishing the navigation task, the platform was removed and the rats were submitted to the probe trail testing. The number of times that the animal crossed the platform area (A) and the percentage of time spent in the target quadrant (B) was analyzed.
