Western blot analyses demonstrating the knock-down of SIRT1 in kidney tissues. Seventy-two hours later after the injection of LV-control or LV-shSIRT1, genistein, or the same volume of vehicle. For the LV-control group and G15 groups, mice were pre-treated with vehicle; for the LV-shSIRT1 group, mice were pre-treated with vehicle; for the G15 and LV-shSIRT1 + G15 groups, mice were pre-treated with 15 mg/kg genistein. Ischemia was induced in all of the groups. The mice were decapitated after 24 h of reperfusion for the western blot analysis.
