(A) CEF cells were infected with NDV-GM, NDV-La Sota, or NDV-F48E9 at an MOI of 1 for 0, 2, 4, 6, 9, 12, 24, 36, and 48 h. Cells were analyzed for Akt phosphorylation at serine 473 (pAkt 473), and overall Akt by western blot. (B) Cells were infected with NDV-GM, NDV-La Sota, or NDV-F48E9 at an MOI of 1, and cell lysates were harvested at 15 min intervals until 2 hpi. Akt phosphorylation at serine 473 (pAkt 473) was analyzed by western blot.
