CEF cells were preincubated with chloroquine (5–100 μM) for 1 h and then infected with NDV-GM at an MOI of 1. Cell lysates were harvested at 1 hpi for pAkt (Ser 473), and total Akt detection was analyzed by western blot. Cell culture media supernatant aliquots were harvested at 24 hpi to determine virus titers by plaque assay.
