The neurological triad is presented by order of gait, cognitive impairment, and urinary symptoms. DESH criteria are presented by order of Evans index (EI), tight high-convexity (TC), and focal enlargement of the cerebral sulci (FES). VP-shunt valve opening pressure is given in cmH2O at the time of the study.
