SFN protected SH-SY5Y cells against Aβ-induced decrease of viability. Analysis of cell viability was performed by MTT. Before exposure to Aβ₂₅₋₃₅, cells in SFN+Aβ group were pre-treated with SFN (final concentration of 2μM) for 3 h. Both Aβ₂₅₋₃₅ and SFN are dissolved in water. Cells in control group were not treated with SFN or Aβ₂₅₋₃₅. (n = 6; mean ± SD; One-way ANOVA followed by LSD multiple comparison tests; ^***p < 0.001 vs. control group, ###p < 0.001 vs. Aβ group).
