sEntV⁶⁸ protects C. elegans from killing by C. albicans. C. elegans was exposed to C. albicans SC5314 on BHI agar or E. coli OP50 on NB agar for 2 h, then washed with sterile PBS and transferred to six-well plates containing increasing concentrations of sEntV⁶⁸ or DMSO at ∼30 nematodes per well.
