Inhibitory effect of lenvatinib and paclitaxel on the proliferation of ATC cells. Cells were treated with the indicated concentrations of lenvatinib (A) and paclitaxel (B) for 48 h, followed by MTT assay to evaluate cell proliferation. IC₅₀ values of these two drugs for each cell line were calculated using the Reed-Muench method [11].
