Effects of taraxasterol on dimethylbenzene-induced mouse ear edema. Mice were divided into five groups (n=10 for each group): taraxasterol groups (2.5, 5, 10 mg/kg, respectively), control group (0.5% CMC-Na), and DXM group (2.5mg/kg). Ear edema was induced by topical application of dimethylbenzene on the right ear of each mouse. One hour after dimethylbenzene induction, the ear edema was measured by subtracting the weight of mouse left ear from the weight of mouse right ear.
