Crizotinib promotes apoptosis in ovarian cancer cells. A2780 (A) and SKOV3 (B) cells were treated with crizotinib at the indicated concentrations. Cell apoptosis was detected by FCM Annexin V/PI staining. The proportions of Annexin V+/PI- and Annexin V+/PI+ cells indicated apoptosis. Western blot was applied to examine protein expression and GAPDH was used as loading control. The representative charts, quantified results and Western blot results (C) of three independent experiments were shown. CRI: Crizotinib.
