BCP treatment inhibits mechanical hiperalgesia during pre-motor phase of EAE. Treatment with (−)-β-caryophyllene (25 or 50 mg/kg, p.o., intermediate lines) or vehicle (0.9% NaCl solution—top line) was administered twice a day and throughout the test period.
