BCP treatment inhibits demyelination in the CNS during EAE pathology. C57BL/J6 mice were subjected to immunization with MOG35-55 and given BCP (50 mg/kg) daily p.o. throughout the whole experiment (from day 0 to 30 post-immunization). Neurofilament-H (green color) was measured in the lumbar spinal cord. Hoechst 33342 dye was used for nuclei stain—blue color. Scale bar corresponds to 50 μm and applies throughout.
