Effect of EC-12 on T-cell factor/lymphoid enhancer factor (TCF/LEF) promoter transcriptional activity in HCT116 cells. HCT116-TCF/LEF-Luc cells (A) and RKO-TCF/LEF-Luc cells (B) were treated with heat-killed EC-12 for 24 h. Wnt3a-conditioned medium was added 30 min after EC-12 treatment of RKO cells.
