Emerald 300 glycoprotein staining was performed on supernatant collected from RBMECs treated with α-1-acid glycoprotein (AGP) for 6, 12, 24, 48 and 72 hrs. AGP levels in the supernatant of RBMECs treated with 50 μg/ml (long dash line) and 500 μg/ml (solid line) are presented as fold of the human AGP band density at time zero (0 hr).
