B. Subcellular localization of TbPSS2 in procyclic forms. Trypanosomes expressing 3xc‐myc‐tagged TbPSS2 were immunostained with anti‐c‐myc antibody. BiP and mtHSP70 were used as endoplasmic reticulum and mitochondrial marker, respectively. Scale bars indicate 10 µm.
