Case 16: A patient with larvae detected from respiratory specimen, received steroid therapy and developed sepsis with acute respiratory distress syndrome (hyperinfection syndrome). Chest X-ray shows diffuse ground-glass opacity and consolidation in the lung, as well as a chest drainage tube in the lower left thoracic cavity. Ileum gas could not be detected. CT shows diffuse ground-glass opacity and obvious inter-lobular septal thickening (arrow head), so-called crazy-paving, and pleural fluid
