(a) Initial sagittal sections show paradiscal lesion with endplate erosions, intraosseous caseation, marrow edema, epidural collection compressing spinal cord. Signal intensity change with decrease in findings of the initial magnetic resonance imaging is seen in subsequent magnetic resonance imaging sections.
