LNCaP were treated in a similar experimental setup as in Figure 1 with AA (3 × 10⁻⁵ M) and cotreated with the indicated inhibitors for 72 hours. Subsequently, SA β-gal staining was performed, and the 3 × 200 cells were counted and plotted as a percentage of positive cells. A, The Src tyrosine kinase inhibitor PP2 was used at 1 μM final concentration. B, The Akt inhibitor (Akti) was used at 1 μM final concentration.
