The difference of 2^-△△Ct in three groups was analyzed with Kruskal-Wallis H, there were significant difference (p<0.05). The 2^-△△Ct data of each groups were transformed to rank and pairwise comparison by LSD analysis. The results have shown that the plasma miR-125a-5p levels were significantly increased in acute and convalescent KD patients p = 0.000, p = 0.000) compared to control, but no difference between acute and recovery KD patients (p = 0.357).
