Antisense strand detection was significantly associated with the Sofo + Riba regimen compared to sense strand (p = 0.02452). There were insignificant differences in frequency of the detection of antisense compared to that of sense strands in naïve patients (p = 34839) and in the following therapeutic regimens: Sofo + Dacla + Riba (p = 0.19959), Sofo + Ladi (p = 0.32023), and Sofo + Simep (p = 0.48979), and INF-containing regimens (p = 0.13547).
