JEG-3 and COS-7 cells were transiently cotransfected with 938StarD7luc and phRL-TK Renilla constructs and the empty vector or SF-1 expression plasmid as indicated. Relative luciferase reporter gene activity was normalized against the Renilla activity, and results were expressed as the fold increase related to the activity in cells cotransfected with the empty expression vector defined as 1-fold.
