Effect of Nur77 siRNA on glucose uptake in 3T3-L1 by NDP-MSH. 3T3-L1 transfected with Nur77 siRNA (siNur77) and control (siNeg) for 48 h, followed by 2 h treatment with 10 nm NDP-MSH or vehicle in adipocyte differentiation media. Glucose uptake was measured. Data are expressed as fold changes of 2-deoxyglucose uptake ± se from four independent experiments performed in triplicate.
