An induction ratio above 2.0 denotes an up-regulation of the corresponding gene (>2-fold) whereas an induction ratio below 0.5 denotes a down-regulation of the gene (>2-fold). Genes figured in bold denote genes with consistent methylation and expression pattern (hypomethylated and up-regulated or hypermethylated and down-regulated). NS, Nonsignificant (means that the methylation ratio is comprised between 0.66 and 1.50).
