PGE2 enhances ERRα recruitment to aromatase gene promoter in WPMY-1 cells. WPMY-1 cells were treated with PGE2 (1 μm) for 24 h. The recruitment of ERRα to aromatase promoter region was examined by ChIP analysis with anti-ERRα specific antibodies. IgG was used as control.
