This potential space is called Kneel and space. The right adrenal gland lies in the bare area of the liver and the left adrenal gland lies close to the bare area of the stomach. The air is seen reaching toward the medial surface of the spleen and corresponds to the area visualized in Figure 37 near the spleen. This will indicate again the bare area of the spleen
