Multienzyme family classifications are indicated in colored groups. Units are given as amino-acid substitutions per site. All sequences are labelled as “protein name (organism abbreviation) Uniprot number”. The sequence of PksCT corresponds to Item S1 (°, endosymbiont of this org anism; ‡, diketide synthase; *, inactive ΨCMeT domain)
