Rev-erbα Represses Human TLR-4 Promoter Activity

Cos-7 cells were transiently transfected with the indicated reporter constructs in the presence of pSG5-hRev-erbα or pSG5 vectors during 24 h. Cells were lysed and luciferase activity was measured as described in Materials and Methods.
