A, Human skeletal muscle cells were dosed with 10 nm GW0742 without or with the addition of various concentrations of GSK0660 and PPARβ/δ target gene expression was determined as in Fig. 1. The level of gene induction over vehicle for GW0742 alone is set to 1. GSK0660 can compete with GW0742 and decreases the efficacy of GW0742 agonism.
