Comparison of 19F NMR spectra of 50 µM 5FW-Brd4 in the presence and absence of paramagnetic additive. The addition of 20 mM Ni-DTPA allows a 60% reduction in experiment time while preserving the signal-to-noise ratio of W81, perturbations of which report on ligand binding. The signal-to-noise ratio of W81 without Ni-DTPA was 11.8, and with Ni-DTPA was 10.9.
