Assessment of the impact of flow rate on charge transfer efficiency. The cyclic voltammetry experiments were performed using a 5 mM K4[Fe(CN)6] working solution at a 0.10 V/s scan rate. (A) Cyclic voltammograms showing changes in reduction and oxidation peaks and down-right shifting of the voltammograms as flow rate increased from 0 to 0.5 mL/min with a positive initial scan direction as indicated by the arrow. (B) Quantification of the total charge transfer in the cathodic peak for the different flow rates. Between flow rates of 0.1 and 0.5 mL/min, there is no statistical difference in charge transfer efficiency.
