Gene expression was measured at day 3 and day 7 of chondrogenesis without exogenous GDF5 (untreated) or with variant A form of GDF5. A fold change of 1 would represent no change in target gene expression relative to untreated. A value greater than 1 (highlighted in green) denotes increased gene expression relative to untreated and a value less than 1 (highlighted in red) denotes decreased gene expression relative to untreated.
