Verification of cyc mRNA knockdown in heads of Drosophila melanogaster expressing either cyc-RNAi-sh or cyc-RNAi-lh via the tim-Gal4 driver. (A) Relative expression of overall cyc mRNA is significantly reduced in flies expressing cyc-RNAi-sh or cyc-RNAi-lh driven by tim-Gal4 compared to controls.
