LKB1 locates to centrosomes and mitotic spindle poles. Proliferating U2OS cells were fixed and immunostained with monoclonal antibody to LKB1 and polyclonal antibody to γ-tubulin (a and b) or α-tubulin (c). The white arrows show the colocalization of the two proteins. (d) U2OS cells were transfected with GFP-LKB1. At 24 h hours after transfection, cells were fixed and stained with anti-pericentrin antibody. The white arrow shows the colocalization of LKB1 and pericentrin.
