Compilation of highest room temperature conductivity σ300 K of BaSnO3 bulk single crystal and films grown by various deposition techniques (taken from refs 9, 16, 22) including hybrid molecular beam epitaxy. The highest known σ300 K for common transparent conducting oxides (ITO=indium tin oxide, ZnO) and other metallic oxides as conductive electrodes for high frequency applications (VO2, LSCO=La0.5Sr0.5CoO3, SrTiO3, LSMO=La0.7Sr0.3MnO3, SRO=SrRuO3) are shown for comparison (refs 49, 50, 51, 52, 53, 54, 55).
