Fig 1 — The panel was composed of a serial dilution of Zaire ebolavirus isolate Gabon 2003 to test for sensitivity of diagnostic, a recent field isolate from West Africa (Makona-Guéckédou) to test for specificity and reproducibility, Marburgvirus to test for specificity and two negative samples with human plasma to test for contamination. Two panels (Panel-1 and Panel-2) were generated with identical dilution steps. Sample numbers, virus composition and corresponding dilution are shown.
