In vivo transmission of H129-ΔTK-tdT (a) Schematic genome diagrams of H129-ΔTK-tdT and the helper viruses. H129-ΔTK-tdT was generated by replacing the thymidine kinase gene (TK, UL23) of H129-BAC with CMV promoter controlled tdTomato (tdT) gene and the selection marker of zeocin resistance gene (ZeoR).
