Ligand binding and cAMP assays were carried out as described in Materials and Methods. The IC₅₀ values were analyzed by nonlinear regression curve fitting using the computer program GraphPad Prism 4.0. Data are presented as the mean of three or four independent experiments. se values were smaller than 15%.
