EMSA of the human large mitochondrial ribosomal subunit MrpL32 with RNA. Increasing concentrations of MrpL32 (0, 5, 20, and 50 µM) were incubated with 2 µg total bacterial RNA from Streptomyces coelicolor. Samples were separated in a 0.7% native agarose gel in 0.5 × TBE.
