Multimodal analysis of FND70 immunolabeling of EpCAM-GFP HT29 cells. (A) Streptavidin-conjugated FND70 labels at the outside of a HT29 cell cluster. The context of different cells within the cluster is shown by GFP. Negative controls (left column) and positive controls (right column; QD655) are shown. No FND70 labeling of non-transfected negative controls is observed, context is shown by diffraction interference contrast (DIC) as EpCAM-GFP is absent. (B) Magnetic resonance spectra where taken at the bright spots identified as diamonds. The lower part of the figure shows the spectrum taken at the circled spot. 2,5% is the contrast between the resonance line and the background for 1 run.
