Tumorigenic transformation is accompanied by increased levels of Golgi fragmentation. WI-38, WI-38/hTERT/H-Ras/GSE (Fast) and their derived tumor lines cells (TL) were fixed with Ethanol-HBSS (80–20%, 1 × 10⁶ cells).
