(b) Carr group; Carr-treated rat showed heavy infiltration of polynuclear neutrophils (PN) and a spongy-like appearance and bulla in the epidermis. (c) Carr + EtOH extract group; Carr-treated rat that received the EtOH extract (400 mg/kg/bw) reduced significantly the migration of PN and oedematasis in dermis without any spongy-like feature and bulla.
