CpG-c41 and CpG-1826 inhibit cytokine secretion by TLR9^−/− BMDMs. TLR9^−/− BMDMs were seeded into 96-well culture plates at 5 × 10⁵/200 μl/well. (a) Cells were stimulated with polyI:C (100 μg/ml), imiquimod (2 μg/ml), R848 (0.2 μg/ml), and CpG-1826 (2 μM) in the presence or absence of CpG-c41 (4 μM) for 24 hours.
