Female, but not male, GPR55 KO mice display decreased thermal paw withdrawal latencies to hot plate stimulation. Female GPR55 KO mice displayed decreased withdrawal latencies to the onset of nociceptive behavior in the hot plate assay at 50 °C and 55 °C relative to female WT mice.
