Human osteosarcoma cell lines have elevated CUL4B expression. (A) Cullin mRNA levels, including CUL1, CUL2, CUL3, CUL4A, CUL4B, CUL5 and CUL7, were determined by qRT-PCR. Expression was normalized to β-Actin in each cell line, and the resulting ratios in hFOB1.19 cells were arbitrarily defined as 1-fold.
