The colors in Fig. 3b correspond to the 50–170 ps range for τ₁, (c–e) Normalized distributions of the τ ₁, a ₁ and τ ₂ parameters obtained for RBCs (blue), blood plasma (red) and capillary (black). The FLIM images were fitted biexponentially for the pixels with maximum intensity exceeding 200 counts.
