DUSP4 overexpression inhibited GC cell proliferation and invasion. (A) DUSP4 mRNA and (B) protein expression were, respectively, examined by RT‐PCR and Western blotting in SGC‐7901 and HGC‐27 cells transfected with DUSP4.
