DUSP4 knockdown attenuated sanguinarine‐induced inhibition of GC growth and ERK signalling. (A) Lentivirus‐mediated si‐DUSP4 was used to transfect into sanguinarine (10 μmol/l)‐treated GC cells for 72 hrs, and proliferative activity of SGC‐7901 and HGC‐27 cells was evaluated by MTT assay.
