Effects of SIM on B16.F10 cell proliferation. B16.F10 mouse melanoma cells were incubated with different concentrations of SIM ranging from 0.5 to 50 µg/ml in the presence or absence of 200 µM CoCl₂ for 24 h. The cytotoxicity of the ethanol solution used for the preparation of each SIM concentration was also tested. Data are shown as the mean ± standard deviation of three measurements and represented as percentages of proliferation inhibition compared with the proliferation of control cells.
