FGF-2 expression exhibits a negative correlation with the expression, mutation and copy number variations of FGFR-3 in human bladder carcinomas. Heat maps were generated by analyzing the gene expression profiles of 129 bladder carcinomas from the TCGA database with curated mutation data.
